Our chef is Roman Vasiliev. He has started to comprehend the culinary basics since the age of 13. Roman has lived in Italy for about 15 years and has worked in restaurants of Rome among which are Roma Beer Company, Ristorante Pierluigi (There he has mastered the Mediterranean cuisine), Ristorante La Pallacorda, restaurant in Croton – Ristorante Lido degli Scogli and he had time to be a chef in an Italian restaurant in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. Some time later he returned to Moscow and worked in Assunta Madre. The next in line was an internship at the Trattoria del Glicine restaurant on Como, marked by the Michelin guide.
The interior is thought over to trifles. Navy blue colour accompanied by brown hues creates sophisticated atmosphere.
Two halls are united by one style but each of them is unique and diverse.
